Fast EvaGreen Master Mix is a PCR reagent suitable for both qPCR using a fast cycling protocol and high resolution melt curve (HRM) analysis. The reagent system uses two of our breakthrough PCR technologies, EvaGreen qPCR dye and CheetahTM Taq hotstart DNA polymerase.
